A Masterpiece of Engineering and Creativity
At the center of the spectacular opening ceremony of UEFA EURO 2024, created and produced by Balich Wonder Studio, the impressive inflatable replica of the Henri Delaunay Cup amazed everyone with its size and the speed of its inflation.
One of the strengths of this air structure is, in fact, its ability to take shape in just 20 seconds, thanks to the assistance of 14 powerful 1600W motors. A synchronized inflation system, activated remotely and equipped with a double backup line, ensured maximum safety and precision during execution.
The cup, measuring 18 meters in length, 8 meters in width, and 2.5 meters in height, is made of a special low-weight, high-durability technical fabric.
Behind this extraordinary performance lies meticulous and complex work consisting of 45 hours of graphic processing, 40 hours of design, 550 meters of fabric, 70 hours of sewing, and an equal amount of technical trials.
